Why is the sky Blue?

WALT: Write am information report.
Why is the sky blue?

It is a question that has had people stumped for years and is finally answered. Today you will be told why the sky is blue.

It all starts with the Sun. The Sun gives out light that comes in different colours and each colours has a different density and each density relates to a different texture/material that makes the objects its colour.

The next thing that comes into play is the atmosphere. All things with mass are made up of matter and matter has colour. Floating in the air is matter or atoms which are microscopic particles which makes up everything in existence including air.

Air is mostly made up of carbon atoms which as luck would have it is made up of the right  material so that it is blue. so as the blue bounces off the carbon atoms the rest of the colours glide by.

This process is similar to how rainbows are made. The light goes on the water in the atmosphere to create the colours of the rainbow.

So in conclusion the Sky is blue because of the properties of the Sun the atmosphere and carbon, and that is why the Sky is Blue.

Net and Nifty Netequtte

We are learning how to interact online in a kind, positive and helpful way.
Netiquette are the rules of behaviour that apply when communicating online.

Here are some tips for when you are online

don't swear online

use Netiquette online
control your temper when online
try to avoid flame wars.
Remember that when you are online you are talking to real people
treat people how you want to be treated
keep texts short and clear
don't use numbers as letters when texting
don't write all in capital letters when texting or it seems your yelling
humour dose not always sound the same online without hearing the tone of voice
ask permission before posting anything about a friend or family
remember that if you are rude online people will not want to be kind back to you
flaming can be insulting  to people
If you get pulled into a flame war then try leave as soon as possible
don't think that it is OK to bully people just because they don't know who you are.
remember to use proper grammar when communicating online
read over you writing before sending
the internet is not a privet place, If you don't want people to see something then don't post it

How does Netiquette affect our relationships?

Netiquette can affect our relationships when you use kind or rude word because it can make people like you or dislike you. If you use Netiquette it can make you friends online or offline if you get in touch. It can help people understand you better online which makes it easy for people to come to know you better. It can also affect how people treat you in the real world so over all Netiquette is pretty cool.

Red

Walt write a colour poemImage result for sunset png
  Red
Red is the sunset that fills the night sky,
Red are the raspberries that make me feel I can fly.Image result for strawberries png
Red is compassion which means doing good deeds,
Red are strawberries all covered with seeds.
Red is the blood that comes out of my cut,
Red is the inside of a freshly cooked mutt.
I love red because it’s rare.

Athletic Family

Athletic Family.
One thing you should know about me,
Is my frisky family,
And how my family is as athletic as can be.

For example take my younger sister,
Now I can’t say that she’s a weight lifter.
She likes to play hockey,
Not Rugby or Socky,
My amazingly fit younger sister.

See my dad he enjoys going hiking.
And he wouldn't mind doing some biking.
If you give him a ball he’ll surely floor you all
My incredibly athletic dad.

Come over here and you’ll see my big brother,
He likes playing Rugby and no other.
He’ll fight and he’ll battle,
He’ll scrum and he’ll tackle,
My spectacular beefy big brother.

Now you’ll meet my two older big sisters,
One plays hockey, one football no blisters,
So make sure your slate’s clean
Because they can be mean,
My courageous but snobby big sisters.

And now you’ll come up to see Mum,
Just one glare makes your fingers go numb,
You ask her to a duel then it shows you’re a fool,
My mighty magnificent Mum.
And last but not least there is Me,
I’m as fit and frisky as can be,
I’ll run mile on mile without losing a smile,

That's the sporty supportive old Me.
